1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, configuring, or using Brayn AI, you agree to these Terms. If you use Brayn AI on behalf of a Discord server, company, community, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Service description
Brayn AI provides AI-powered Discord support automation. The service may include Discord bot features, a web dashboard, support-channel automation, ticket workflows, knowledge base management, analytics, onboarding tools, billing systems, and related operational capabilities.
3. Eligibility and compliance
You must comply with applicable law, these Terms, Discord's terms and developer policies, and any other rules applicable to your use of Brayn AI. You may not use Brayn AI if doing so would violate law, contract, platform policy, or the rights of others.
4. Administrator responsibility
Server administrators are responsible for deciding where Brayn AI is enabled, which channels, threads, or ticket flows it may operate in, what prompts or support instructions are configured, who has dashboard access, and whether use of the service is appropriate for their community.
Administrators must enable Brayn AI only where they have the authority and permissions to do so and are responsible for obtaining any permissions, notices, or approvals required by their community or organization.
5. Content and knowledge base responsibility
Administrators are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload, connect, import, or otherwise use any documents, websites, Discord content, or other third-party material added to Brayn AI's knowledge base or workflows.
6. Acceptable use
- You may not use Brayn AI for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, invasive, or harmful activity.
- You may not use Brayn AI to violate Discord rules, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or other third-party rights.
- You may not attempt to bypass limits, interfere with normal service operation, or misuse the service for spam or operational abuse.
- You may not upload or connect content that you do not have the right to use.
7. AI providers and outputs
Brayn AI depends on third-party AI providers, including OpenRouter and the underlying model providers made available through OpenRouter routing. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially in sensitive or high-risk contexts.
8. Customer content
You retain rights to the content you upload, connect, or control, subject to the permissions required for Brayn AI to host, process, transform, display, analyze, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.
9. Payments, subscriptions, and credits
Some features may require paid plans, usage-based credits, or other paid access. Pricing, plan structure, credit allowances, and feature limits may change over time. Payments may be processed through Stripe or other designated processors. You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment authorization, and keeping billing information current.
10. Availability and service changes
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Brayn AI at any time for maintenance, security, legal compliance, third-party dependency changes, or product development reasons.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Brayn AI if we reasonably believe use of the service violates these Terms, Discord rules, applicable law, creates abuse or security risk, or exposes Brayn AI or others to operational or legal harm.
12. Third-party services
Brayn AI depends on third-party services, including Discord, Supabase, Stripe, OpenRouter, and other infrastructure or operational vendors. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, limitations, or decisions made by those third parties.
13. Intellectual property
Brayn AI, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, remains the property of its owners or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Brayn AI or its related intellectual property to you.
14. Privacy
Data handling for Brayn AI is governed by the Privacy Policy.
15. Disclaimers
Brayn AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brayn AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or similar losses arising out of or related to use of the service.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at this URL is the current version and supersedes prior published versions.
